Kaps-Lauf am 19.05.2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Beim 15. Kaps-Lauf, der erstmals ohne Marathon-Distanz durchgef\u00fchrt wurde erzielten die Leichtathleten des SC Oberlahn vordere Pl\u00e4tze. Ganz stark pr\u00e4sentierte sich einmal mehr Stefan Spranger mit einer Zeit von 44:53,4\u00a0 \u00fcber die 10 Km Er erreichte damit den 1. Platz in der AK 50. Biancha Roos mit 49:48,4 schaffte ebenfalls den 1. Platz in der AK 40. Madeleine Poplien erreichte mit 58:43,0 den 2. Platz in der W 40.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber die Halbmarathon-Distanz ging es f\u00fcr Martina Geismar-Steidl auf der welligen Strecke in 01:41:07,1 als 2. der AK 45 ins Ziel. J\u00f6rg Geis sicherte sich in 01:42:37,1 den 5.
